This may help you a lot in relieving your depression and your hunger. Then start on the ring finger and massage it using the right hand in the same area.

You can also massage the area of the width of the two fingers for some time. If your hungriness increases of stress, then you can massage the area below the knuckle between the index finger and the half way finger.

If you get an empty stomach hungry feeling in your stomach, then massage with your thumb in circular motion at the point which lies mid way between the navel and the breast bone. Lose weight also lies in the habit of eating lightly. The weight loss tips will make eat lightly so that you can lose weight as you intend. The best way is to go for foods that are extremely low in fat and you should also be aware of the calorific intake. Always go for raw fresh vegetables and fruits instead of mutton and chicken. Always have a particular time for your food and stick on to it regularly.
