Choose a weight that you think will be an ideal weight to maintain it throughout your life. When you choose your weight, make sure that it is ideally because many people choose a weight that would be much too lower and in the end they would not be so successful and they might end up being discouraged.
When cooking food, try to use cooking materials like non stick pans and pots, so that they are ensured of healthiness. Avoid eating foods that are cooked with oil and always eat whole foods rather than the processed ones.
Daily go for some exercise like jogging or walking. You can also do activities like cleaning the house, cleaning the backyard and doing similar stuffs. You can also develop a sport that makes your interest and so that you spend some time and also lose calories at the same time.
Fill your refrigerator will fresh fruits and fresh vegetables and throw away all the other high fat substances.
Drink plenty of water daily and reduce the intake of caffeine to one cup daily or of possible avoid it.
