First of all remember that dieting or going hungry has never helped anyone lose weight, so never try this method. So the next thing is to know how often to eat. Eat frequently; at least within a gap of 2 hours. Eat less food more frequently should be your mantra. Almonds, Walnuts, cashew nuts, Berries, Oranges, germinated legumes are all wonderful fat burning foods.

Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water per day to flush away all the toxins and keep your digestive and excretory systems functioning excellently.

Breathe To Burn Fat

Yes you heard right. Every living person in this world breathes, so if you learn to do it the right way you get many benefits. First of all you burn all the excess fat in your body. Secondly you flush out all the toxic matter away from your system

Sit in a comfortably, either on a chair or on a mat on the ground. The best way is to sit cross-legged. Now take 5 deep breaths. This will immediately oxygenate your body and also relax your body and mind. Keep your palms on your knees facing upwards. See to it that the tip of your index finger touches the tip of your thumb and the remaining fingers are kept outstretched.

Start exhaling deeply so that all the air in your lungs is pushed out forcefully to a count of 10. Inhalation is done automatically due to the forced exhalation. Regular practice of this method of breathing will burn all the fat and make you look like a stud.
